About me

I started collecting autographs, vinyl, and movie memorabilia in the late 70's. Since then, I've amassed a collection of literally over a million pieces.

The goal of this website is to simply share my collections and my love of pop culture with fellow aficionados who like to READ. It is also a mental exercise for me to recall, ruminate about my collections and research the authenticity of autographs. Plus, I love to write.  Old school style without AI assistance.

bobbyatgloss.com is an evolving museum/blog with a growing image repository along with my personal recollections, opinions and autobiographical tid-bits. All pages are subject to updates and revisions as my opinion of a celebrity may change, something new about them comes to mind or I add something of theirs to my collection.  There is no sugar-coating or benign ass-kissing and you may not agree with (or like) what I have to say about a celeb you love. And that's fine. First amendment + no comments = just the content, ma'am.  Even if the content has typos or imperfect photos.

My intent is purposefully archaic in creating a one-sided, living, growing online "book" for people who simply enjoy this type of content through my type of lens. Whether it interests one or a million. Whether one skims and leaves or goes deep and returns.  It's entirely up to you.  Maybe you'll enjoy the pix and stories - or maybe you won't.  I'm not here to stoke approval or hate, for likes, comments or disputes. I'm here just to write and share my collections.
