Just the facts, ma’am. I’ve never seen “Casablanca” all the way through.  I liked Ingrid Bergman in the original version of Joan Crawford’s “A Woman’s Face”, in “Murder on the Orient Express” and in “Gaslight”

In honor of “Gaslight” – I’m showing you Ingrid, her co-star Charles Boyer (not a fan; but one of the most fantastic pictures of him that I’ve ever seen) and the director, George Cukor.  I’ve got a lot to say about George Cukor, but I’ll dive in later.

Also included in this group is Ingrid’s incredible daughter, Isabella Rossellini, who was brilliant in “Blue Velvet” and also excellent in the 2024 “Conclave”.  She got skillz.
