After hearing all these TV commercials with The Exciters "Say it With Love", I decided I had to track down lead singer Brenda Reid. 

After searching the white pages and Intelius, I thought I had her address so I Zillowed it ... and I'll be damned if they don't have pictures of the INSIDE of her house. 

When I found out her address - I found out it was for sale!  911 W. Shore Road, Huntington, NY – I went bananas because I knew it was her house - there was Exciters memorabilia all over the hallway staircase and front room. I should have kept pictures from the real estate listing. I probably did. Old people misplace things.

And in color in Central Park on one of the very first Scopitone videos. By the he way, I always wondered what the little white thing is in the back of her hair and actually asked her in my fan letters (unanswered). This video was really my first introduction to them and from online scoop, apparently, I'm not the only one wondering what was in her hair. Collectors be cray.
