Apologies, but I only have meager knowledge of Gretchen Mol and her career.  I remember her Vanity Fair cover and some talk of her being the “It Girl of the Moment” at some point. Primarily, it was my interest in Bettie Page that brought me to the theater to see the only Gretchen Mol movie that I know of, off the top of my head.  I thought that the storyline in “The Notorious Bettie Page” was good (not great) but that Gretchen herself did a fantastic job in catching some flashes of Bettie.

So, when I added her autographed card to my collection, I thought it fitting to pair it with a photo of her as Bettie Page. Natch. 

And then my friend, Michael Augustine-Reed came through with the fantastic shot of Gretchen as Bettie with a whip!
